Account Registration

One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one cc111 account. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.
Account Security

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cc111 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available beyond the moment of your selection.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. cc111 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
- Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void will be settled as void and the stake returned to your account balance.
- Accumulator bets: if one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the bet will be settled on the remaining valid selections at adjusted odds.
- Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and vary by sport and competition.
Casino & Slots
- All casino games — including live dealer tables, video slots, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

General Bonus Conditions

- Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused or unwagered bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without exception.

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of reload offers, and coordinating with other players to artificially inflate bonus qualifying activity. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cc111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
- Identity fraud: Registering with false personal details, impersonating another individual, or using another person's payment account.
- Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games.

- Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at cc111 staff or other players via any communication channel.
cc111 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. Such determinations are final and binding.
Account Suspension & Closure

cc111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In cases of proven fraud or Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Voluntary Closure by Player
If you wish to close your cc111 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cc111 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied.
Limitation of Liability
cc111 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, reliable service, cc111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc111 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or market suspension.
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cc111 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit cc111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Amendments to These Terms

Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, updates to platform features, revised payment processing procedures, changes to bonus or promotion policy, or improvements to responsible gaming provisions.
